Renovation of back extension on Methuen Road, Charminster, Bournemouth, BH8
Another week, another project completed!
It would be a lie to say each project is simple and straight forward. We started building this extension last year in September. The expected finished date was around December, however due to the lockdown and delay with materials, we finished end of March. Customer in the end was happy and understood that sometimes things are simply out of control.
We renovated an existing extension, removed the old kitchen, changed the roof, and made a bigger opening for bifold doors. All while assuring house is supported, appropriate steel beams are in place and that new walls and roof fit the current regulations. Some of the interior and the kitchen was done by another company.
